DELIVERY & RETURN/EXCHANGE

Delivery Policy

Individuals who order eggs, poultry, or produce will have the option to pick-up in Asheville on Thursdays or Waynesville on Fridays. Christina will work with you the exact location and time. If for some reason you cannot make the pick-up please contact Christina ASAP to reschedule or receive a credit.

Restaurant/Retail Orders: Christina will be in touch with you shortly after your confirmation email to discuss delivery logistics.

Return & Exchange Policy

If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please reach out via email ASAP to Christina at chris@outlawacresfarm.com so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
